Hospitality Ministry Team

REPORTS TO: Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Administration
PURPOSE: To assist the Church in hosting Church-wide ministries and events
Organization/MEMBERS/Structure:
- Team Leader
- Vice Leader
- 6 Volunteers
TERM OF SERVICE:
- Team Leader and Vice Leader serve a 3-year term
- Volunteers have no time limit on service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All Team Members must be active members of Hillcrest
- Must be able to walk, stand for prolonged periods, wash dishes, and meet the needs of the members who are attending
- Must be able to carry at least 30 lbs.
- Servant’s heart and eagerness to serve
- Always willing to share a smile as duties are being performed
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Host Church ministries
- Formulate policies with Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Administration and Food Service Ministry Team relating to the operations of the kitchen and make recommendations to the Church concerning these policies and Church-wide activities
- Attend each event faithfully as scheduled/assigned
- Organize, plan, and attend all preparation meetings
- Attend annual training
