REPORTS TO: Associate Pastor of Discipleship and Administration
PURPOSE: To lead in the discipleship of women at Hillcrest
ORGANIZATION/MEMBERS/STRUCTURE:
- Team Leader
- Vice Leader
- Discipleship Leader
- Events/Conference Leader
- Fellowship/Outreach Leader
- Volunteers
TERM OF SERVICE:
- All Leaders serve a 3-year term
- Volunteers have no time limit on service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- All Leaders must be active members of Hillcrest
- Volunteers must be active participants of Hillcrest for at least 6 months and have 2 references included with an application for serving
- Must be passionate about/actively involved in the discipleship process of women
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Develop discipleship opportunities for women (small groups, classes, training, etc.)
- Develop and administer the annual calendar for Women’s Ministry in coordination with Staff
- Ensure that all ministry opportunities are executed within the approved budget
- Prepare and submit a quarterly ministry report to assigned Staff
- Develop fellowship/outreach opportunities for women to fulfill Biblical mandates, vision, and values
- Create, communicate, and maintain events/conferences for women
- Meet quarterly to discuss team duties
- Attend annual training
